Update to Microsoft.Extensions.AI version 9.4.0-preview*

@awaescher We are planning to release Microsoft.Extensions.AI and Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Abstractions on Tuesday, April 8th around midday Pacific Time. We wanted to coordinate with you ahead of time for OllamaSharp to be updated with the new versions soon after the release. We are happy to help if you'd like.

Here are a couple changes that might need to be taken into account with the update:

• Add MessageId to ChatMessage and ChatResponseUpdate (dotnet/extensions#6172)
• Change AIFunction.InvokeAsync to accept AIFunctionArguments (dotnet/extensions#6158)

If you'd like us to submit a pull request for this update, please assign this issue to @jozkee. Otherwise, we can simply comment here when the new release is available.

Once OllamaSharp is updated to use the new version, we will update the Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Templates package to use the new version of OllamaSharp and queue that for an additional release of the templates package when the other dependencies from the templates are also updated with the new MEAI version bump.

Will there be a RC version of the package so that integrators can make sure the final version will work once it's released?

Builds of 9.4.0-preview* are currently available from our daily build feed here: https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_packaging/dotnet9/nuget/v3/index.json

After this preview release for April, we will be working toward having 9.5.0 be a stable/non-preview release. Its builds will also be available on the feed above. We will coordinate with you between 9.4.0 and 9.5.0 to help make sure that release integrates with OllamaSharp smoothly and quickly too. We are not planning many changes between 9.4.0 and 9.5.0.

I bumped to 9.4.0 today and found one test being broken by it, looks to me the right thing to do is to update the test, see more details here: dotnet/extensions#6265.

Thanks, @awaescher! Are you comfortable with proceeding with publishing a new version with this included? We're going to refresh the Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Templates package on Thursday or Friday and we could include the OllamaSharp version bump in that.
