instead of the acp radio box to activate an alternative location, make a pull down, offering 3 choices.

1. on top
2. on the bottom
3. right side.
   Add "slim" version (in a sidebar or whatever) PayBas/RecentTopics#30

for special styles this doesn't apply (pbWoW3 & pbTech).
