Pull Request Overview

This PR makes the Grafana dashboard ID configurable in the GitHub Actions workflow for running monitored tmpnet commands. The change replaces a hardcoded dashboard ID with a configurable input parameter while maintaining backward compatibility.

  • Adds a new grafana_dashboard_id input parameter with a default value
  • Updates the GRAFANA_URL environment variable to use the configurable dashboard ID
