This reverts commit ec8a639. Now that etna is released, there is no need for separate e2e jobs that test pre- and post-etna behavior.

Why this should be merged
Now that etna is released, e2e testing can target the master branch. No need to worry about upgrades or separate jobs for pre- and post-etna.
