  • Come up with a better name than reduced-mode
  • Support syncing when the node was previously a primary network validator
  • Remove P-chain mempool population when unable to verify txs
  • Remove formatted strings passed into logs
  • Address comment nits
  • Address format nits

Major TODO is thinking about how nodes will handle bootstrapping requests for the X/C chain
