e2e: Add replacement for RandomAppMsgs test

As per #1547, one or more e2e test cases are needed to replace the coverage previously provided by the RandomAppMsgs test.

Requirement: A network where one or more nodes is sending AppGossip, AppRequest and AppResponse with random payloads to other nodes. The nodes shouldn't crash.

This issue has become stale because it has been open 60 days with no activity. Adding the lifecycle/frozen label will cause this issue to ignore lifecycle events.
