Enable Multi-Hop through key transfer

The command avalanche key transfer does not support multi-hops due to MultiHopFallback being set to 0x0.

Error: execution reverted: TokenRemote: zero multi-hop fallback

The CLI should allow for input of MultiHopFallback or default to the selected key store.

It would also be helpful to add avalanche interchain tokenTransferrer list to list out all TokenHome and TokenRemote contract addresses that are deployed on local L1s using avalanche interchain tokenTransferrer deploy.
