MVP+2: additional outputs

Add support for additional common Telegraf outputs from https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/tree/master/plugins/outputs. The output plugin and its configuration must be set using environment variables, which will likely require a ContainerPilot preStart script to render the environment variables into the correct configuration file via templates.

Expected outputs include:

• Amon
• Graphite
• graylog
