DOC: rename OSX -> macOS as it is the new name

rename OSX -> macOS as it is the new name for the operating system. e.g. see https://www.apple.com/macos

Seems good, just running the doc tests just in case anything broke. I also changed the merge branch to development as we like to keep master for version changes (accumulating a few PR's into development first before merging into master)

Thanks for the changes, rerunning the tests for docs now
