Vehicle details not saved when editing an existing blank entry from customer profile

Steps

1. Add an service entry with a customer name but no vehicle details.
2. Now go to Customer profile and click Edit for the vehicle
3. Provide manufacturer and model and remove 'vehicle' written in Registration
4. Save it.

Actual Result

1. It's not saving the details

Expected Result

1. It should save the updated details.
2. It should not show 'vehicle' in Registration.

1. Also have the Save button (while editing the Vehicle Details) with button paddings.
2. Also implement Delete button after Cancel button, which deletes the particular vehicle with all subsequent services with a warning message.

After editing such blank vehicle, it's entry is completely gone from UI.
