Break face edges for nearby hole vertices

This would be an optional behavior but it might be a good idea to add vertices on face edges that correspond to vertices of holes which are near the edge but not close enough to be constrained to the edge.

Nice. We should keep in mind what happens when non-rectilinear surfaces are involved (think pyramid). Projecting (new) edges when everything is 90° is one thing - it gets weird once surfaces (and their common, shared edges) become slanted.
