Doc-strings are not in correct format

The sections under "Tuneable hyperparameter" will not be rendered, as this is not a standard command recognized by sphinx. Also there was a typo , which as been fixed in #157

But I think we need to remove this subheading or find any alternative that will render the automatically generated docs properly.

It is now, renaming it to Keyword Arguments helps to render it correctly.
