Skylight v0.3: "Eclipse"

Finally, around once in a solar eclipse, I have managed to make another release for this operating system. It's been almost three years, and finally I think I've made enough progress for this milestone. There is a user-space shell with functional input and rudimentary command processing, and the program is ELF loaded into a scheduled process. There is much more room to grow, but there has been a lot of growth, too. Felicidad.
