GLT chambers energy dupe (1.20.1, 1.21.1)

GTL chamber produce far more energy than is used.
Steps to recreate this:

1. Put a GTL chambers, add a reinforced tank and 3 advanced upgrades, put pump to water source;
2. Connect everything with cables, pipes and gas pipes;
3. Build a turbine, steam funnels under it, and gas pipes under them (use 2 downgrade transformers or mk2 on 4:1 for prevent gtl chambers and pump explosion);
4. Open chamber GUI and set temperature between 18320 - 20000;
5. Supply energy (23.78 kW, 120v)
6. The turbine rotates, the energy is obtained (180-250 kW)
7. Profit.
   @victheclon3 was the first to propose the theory, I tested it on version 1.21.1, although this dupe most likely works on 1.20.1.
   Initially, gtl chambers were used to increase the amount of energy obtained from fission reactors and msr. Therefore, I ask you to leave this option of heating steam, and make the water heating less with zero or negative profit.
