I'm not sure if this pr really achieves what it was set out to do seeing as it's probably a better idea to develop the argument node first and adjust block logic accordingly, however this PR does make good fixes to the previous block and permission implementations, therefore it will be merged. |

I know im breaking "pull request" standard protocol by merging an incomplete feature but idc we're still in development so this is fine |
