Going into 2023, ipbench does not build, everything is outdated and there is no sane way to test it. By the end of this milestone:

• It should be possible to run local tests on ipbench as a developer to make sure your changes work.
• It should be possible to build ipbench.
• There should be some way to test ipbench without needing to tie up several physical testers.
• Developer documentation should exist
