Jules PR

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4215719589003048788 started by @attogram

The benchmark suite was failing to detect modern NVIDIA GPUs, such as the RTX 4-series, because the CUDA compilation flags in the Makefile only targeted an older architecture.

This commit updates the `NVCCFLAGS` to include a wide range of architectures, from Maxwell (sm_52) to Hopper (sm_90), ensuring compatibility with a broad spectrum of NVIDIA GPUs. This allows the GPU-accelerated benchmarks to run correctly on systems with modern graphics cards.
