Minor fix - MESH_SEQUENTIAL_ENCODING seems to be the default (I get no size difference when turning on or off preserveTriangleOrder). This simply sets MESH_EDGEBREAKER_ENCODING as the alternative when preserveTriangleOrder == false.

There are no immediate plans for an updated DracoUnity release yet. Ping me if you're relying on one/waiting for it.

No urgency - I'll likely also add support for encoding point clouds at some point; so doing an update then might make more sense.
