Fixes #14. Adds the production lossless authored-content core, stable JSON contracts, project indexing, and the bounded atrinik-content inspection/validation/diff/transaction CLI. Transactions validate all inputs and outputs before same-directory atomic replacement, support digest and node preconditions, default to dry-run, and reject generated/runtime targets and unsafe paths. Migrates world_content_audit parsing to the common model while preserving its existing report exactly, including the complete world-report hash. Validation: - python3 tools/validate.py (82 tests; all 5,004 authored documents; schemas, catalog, grammar, round trips, collection, and licensing) - python3 -m compileall -q tools - actionlint .github/workflows/check.yml - git diff --check - ./atrinik build server --profile lossless-core --test (33/33 tests) - ./atrinik topology show/up/ps/logs/down with topology lossless-core-review and state lossless-core-review (server reached ready state)
