Git status styling broke when Atom has no access to subdirectory

@krzyk240 what did you do differently in those two screenshots? since in the first one things do appear to be working as expected right?

@kevinsawicki I believe that the difference is that in between screenshots the permissions were changed on the folder/files (so that Atom no longer has read permissions).

If Atom doesn't have permissions to read folder/files, it even throws an exception (which is shown in the Console) when you click on them in the tree view:

Uncaught Error: EACCES, permission denied '/Users/izuzak/github/whitespace/foo'

@kevinsawicki I only changed permissions on sim/build/php to unreadable for Atom.
