Setup:

  1. mkdir projects
  2. cd projects
  3. git clone rails/rails
  4. atom .
  5. cmd+shift+f
  6. FIND: rails
  7. REPLACE: burp
  8. PATH: rails
    9 enter

You'll find that your remote paths now say:

origin  git@github.com:burp/burp.git (fetch)
