Searching for \n is startling

I know this results are technically accurate but maybe we can change the presentation or simply ignore searching for an empty \n.

You should definitely not ignore searching for \n. I'm constantly using it in Find & Replace. Changing the presentation would be nice.

One way is to use a Return-like arrow ↵ (U+21B5) or a Pilcrow - the paragraph symbol ¶ (U+00B6, ¶) and highlight them.

That's not really correct. This is what Sublime shows for the same search.

Only if you do "\n " (with the space) should it highlight spaces. It should also NOT highlight the rest of the line since the \n character is only present once at the end after the last character.
