JIRA - Need to escape project key

Hello,

when calling function get_all_project_issues, we are facing the following error for a project key INT:
Error in the JQL Query: 'INT' is a reserved JQL word. You must surround it in quotation marks to use it in a query. (line 1, character 11)

Seems similar action got initiated sometimes ago, see #165
Does the only needed change is same as atlassian/jira.py ?
