Confluence: Please add support for folders in the python sdk

The latest python sdk doesn't support fetching folders. There is extensive support to fetch pages, but none for folders. It seems that only the rest/v2/api-group supports it at the moment. It would be great to have to entire functionality available in the sdk as well.
