Internal Blueprints importer does not update metaclasses index

The importer links correctly the created vertices, but doesn't update the index, making all subsequent allInstances calls invalid.

Fixed in #69 : The io module now use the DataMapper structure, and not a custom implementation. This behavior is handled correctly by the Blueprints adapter.
