Enable OpenBCI GUI to work with USB to UART controller

Edit [ControlPanel.pde](https://github.com/OpenBCI/OpenBCI_GUI/blob/d9f9312e39364a019d0cfd5390eb4c774218be43/OpenBCI_GUI/ControlPanel.pde#L654) to remove check for incorrect USB to UART controller.
