Automated ECR-ECS deployments

Create the AWS infrastructure (ECS,ALB,VPC,SG) to deploy a container.

The AWS infrastructure is setup using terraform in the ./ecs.tf.

The following components are deployed :

• Application Load Balancer
• ECS Cluster / ECS Service
• VPC configuration
• SG configuration
