Proxy sometimes Hangs on Windows port

Somehow on random times it hangs for me and it can only be fixed by relaunching the proxy. I run the proxy on my micro server 24/7 to serve my retro electronics

the proxy version is this
WebOne Proxy Server 0.16.2
on Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.18363.0

Hopefully i am not the only one experiencing this bug

1. Try 0.16.3, it's now latest. However, the network-related part is almost identical in it.
2. How the freeze appear? Does the proxy still reply on opening its status page (http://proxy:8080/) or other internal pages? What's last in log in cases when the proxy hangs?
3. How frequently the problem is happens? (I've tested in Windows only around 1 day as all available 24/7 hosts for me are working on Linux, and haven't seen such problems since v0.10.0)
4. Is there any difference with v0.15.x or with uncommented UseMsHttpApi=yes option in webone.conf?
