Getting started: reusing components #6

What?
Write a chapter of the getting started guide on components reusability. It should go right after the "publishing" one.
We should keep it simple and explain how to reuse a message definition inside a document. Right after that show an example of schemas reusability inside a document too. Once this is done, we can explain how to reuse messages and schemas across documents.
We should not mention anything about other reusable components. At most, just provide a link to the spec for the curious. The whole idea is to keep it simple and to the point. No need to explain everything in a single chapter.
Why?
To introduce the components section and its purpose.
