[BUG] "Good First Issues" dashboard displays closed issues

Describe the bug.

The "Good First Issues" section on the Community Dashboard is currently displaying issues that have already been closed on GitHub. This causes confusion for new contributors who are looking for open tasks, only to find they are already resolved.

Expected behavior

The dashboard should filter the API response to display only issues that are currently Open. If an issue is closed on GitHub, it should be removed from this list during the next build/sync.

Another Alternative is that it should show the updated state on the issue card.

How to Reproduce

1. Go to the Community Dashboard / Good First Issues section.
2. Click on an issue card (e.g., asyncapi/website: Venue card misalignment)
3. The link opens the issue on GitHub.
4. Observe: The issue status on GitHub is Closed

@neiljar here first we have to wait till the maintainers approves the issue and then a PR is opened by the person to whom the issue is assigned.
Also in the previous comment i mentioned that i have a solution ready.
