What is wrong?

The "open governance model" link on the About page points to a non-existing
GitHub file and returns 404.

Correct link

The charter exists at:
https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/docs/020-governance-and-policies/CHARTER.md

Expected behavior

The About page should link to the correct AsyncAPI Charter document.
