[BUG] Error in github actions testing scripts.

Describe the bug.

Facing this error while merging the latest commits on upstream repository to my forked repo. This is happening because of the github tokens which are seeded into the main repository and the forked ones are throwing errors because of their unavailibility. Have a look on the error description screenshot attached.

Expected behavior

All tests should pass and for that we should skip these tests if the commits are on any external repository.

1. Merged the latest commits upsreatm repository
2. Go tests failed on my forked repository.
3. Inspected the errors and found the root cause.
