[FEATURE] Add Pointer Cursor on Hover over Selector

Why do we need this improvement?

Users expect a visual cue (like a pointer cursor) when hovering over interactive elements. The lack of this cue on the language selector may cause confusion, making users unsure if the language button is clickable.

How will this change help?

Adding a pointer cursor will improve usability by clearly indicating that the language selector is interactive, enhancing the user experience.

Update the CSS for the language selector element to include cursor: pointer; on hover.

Can you please search other dropdown elements in the website/codebase that do not have such a cursor pointer on hover, and add those changes as well to this PR.
