[BUG]: inconsistent padding in the accordian in responsive conditions

Describe the bug.

The space between docs and concepts in the accordian isn't consistent

Expected behavior

The space and padding should be consistent in responsive conditions.

It isn't properly a bug but I couldn't figure out which category to fix this anamoly into
