Tutorials: Review streetlights tutorial

There are some complaints that the tutorial is not working properly, specifically the "Running our code" section.

Ideally, we should provide the point of view of the streetlight and also the point of view of the "control panel" controlling all the streetlights in a city.

I discovered that the npm package hermesjs-mqtt, which the tutorial uses, uses outdated code. I created an issue for this. Once that's fixed I'll continue debugging the tutorial code.

Hey, I did a review of all docs and made some fixed to the streetlight tutorial, but in general it work, now I just made it easier to use with full copy/paste approach:

Tutorial reviewed before and works like a charm, no errors, closing as any restructuring should be done for the whole docs and not just one tutorial
