actions/github-script@v6 runs on Node 16, which GitHub has deprecated as an Actions runtime. v7 runs on Node 20. All six call sites only use the `github-token` input and stable `fs` APIs, so the upgrade is a drop-in replacement with no script changes. This complements asyncapi#1194 (checkout v3 -> v4) and together finishes moving the local workflows off the Node 16 Actions runtime.
