AsyncAPI Conference 2026 - Potential Venues

It's time to explore possible locations and where we should go next year for the AsyncAPI Conference in 2026.

We’re looking to explore new venues and partnerships that can help make our next conferences even more impactful. We need help in identifying additional venue hosts and partner organizations interested in collaborating with us to bring AsyncAPI events to new locations and audiences.

If your company, community, or conference would like to host or partner with us in 2026, we would love to hear from you!

Whether it’s a dedicated AsyncAPI track or a co-located conference offering full- or half-day sessions, we are open to ideas and collaborations.

Also, when sharing your recommendations, it would be incredibly helpful to include not only potential cities or venues but also hosts who already run events in those locations.

It helps us identify partnership opportunities and move faster on communication and planning. Suggesting locations gives us a starting point, but pairing them with potential hosts makes a huge difference.

These are some of the locations listed on the APIdays website that can also be considered

• New York 13 - 14 May
• Munich 10 - 11 June
• London 30 September - 1 October

• DeveloperWeek 2026 in San Jose, 18 - 20 February
• AsyncAPI Online Conference 28 October

How to Get Involved:

• Suggest a potential host, venue, or city for AsyncAPI Conf 2026.
• Recommend conferences that align with AsyncAPI’s mission and could host a track.
• Introduce us to companies or communities that may want to partner with or sponsor a venue.
