I am working on this, I have the PR almost ready if you are assigning someone else then I can paste the details of the PR, maybe they could get some reference

@AayushSaini101 currently only auto-changeset.yml , lint-pr-title.yml and automerge-for-humans-remove-ready-to-merge-label-on-edit.yml runs whenever PR title changes.
