`asyncapi new` is not consistent with other commands

Why do we need this improvement?

Currently, the asyncapi new and asyncapi new file commands perform the same function, which can cause confusion for users. To enhance the CLI's usability and provide a distinct purpose for the new command.

With some other CLI commands:
asyncapi config
asyncapi generate

They provide USAGE, DESCRIPTION and COMMANDS associated with them.

How will this change help?
