Rename this repo #696

Description

@Cadair

There's no need to have a magic name for a GitHub pages site anymore, and the website won't be hosted on GH pages for much longer (😉) so we should rename this repo.

I propose either astropy.org or astropy-website.

    astropy.org web page maintainers are @hamogu , @dhomeier , and @eteq , so probably up to them.

    website won't be hosted on GH pages for much longer

    What do you mean? I thought @eteq has some DNS thingy somewhere to host it. Are you all coordinating on this transition?

    Let's worry about where it's hosted in a different issue later on...

    But that would be dealt with in #697, or am I confusing some things?
    I am pretty neutral about astropy-website vs. astropy.org – the former is more in line with other subrepo names, but the latter immediately tells what it is about.

    Yes this issue is tangential to the RTD one.

    I'm fine with either name.

    I prefer astropy.org. It is self-explanatory. As long as we never change that domain name.

    I think that's unlikely!

    It is renamed to astropy.org.

    Nvm I have to un-rename it until DNS change can happen. I think this broke http://data.astropy.org that is needed for astropy core CircleCI image tests.

    For the record, it also broke astropy core RTD build because it was looking for stuff from data server (e.g., http://www.astropy.org/astropy-data/timeseries/kplr010666592-2009131110544_slc.fits) that started to return 404 after rename.

    @eteq and @Cadair , should we try again or will renaming repo now break something else?
