Bug: Individual raw values (red_raw, green_raw, etc) computation error

When fetching the individual raw values from the sensor only one register is read, i.e. only the least significant byte.
The actual values are 2 bytes (2 consecutive registers).
Fixed in my PR #131 for simultaneous support of both colour sensor versions.
