Extend `blocking-http-call-httpx-in-async-function (ASYNC212)` to also cover httpx2

Summary

Right now the rule is specifically triggered for httpx but now that httpx2 is becoming increasingly popular I think the rule could be extended to cover that too.

Sure, these should be small changes, so it seems okay to put them in the same PR. Probably worth a quick grep just to make sure no other rules need the change too.
