Azure deployment infrastructure LinuxSetup.ssh needs <port> #46
File LinuxSetup.ssh calls install.sh. LinuxSetup.ssh is omitting the mqtt port parameter that install.sh expects.
This change also affects scripts upstream that use LinuxSetup.ssh, such as Deploy-MultiRegion-TestCell.ps1
