Add a way to select post language

When creating a post, I don't have the option to select the post language, is in the default UI (or, I can't find where it is)

Same for comments

Sorry, didn't see this one.

That's planned and is part of my "Language pack" branch. I'm also in the process of moving the application text into string variables and getting a multi-language strings file setup. Initial supported languages are English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese.

It's just super tedious and I haven't been motivated to work on that branch very often lol.
