Ability to automatically fill in data from LinkedIn Data Archive

Updating the JS script and redeploying every time you have a new achievement/certification/publication can get repetitive and boring. Hence this solution.
Once a while, download the LinkedIn Personal Data Archive, upload into directory and rerun extra/csvToJson.js so the json files are updated and can be redeployed without much custom code or JSON.
The images for certifications are fetched from clearbit API.
The components are updated to reflect the same.
Readme has been modified with instructions. Please let me know if there are changes.

The build is failing... please add eslint-disable-line in line 2 of ./src/components/patentCard/PatentCard.js or resolve the errors. There should be no warnings for a successful build on netlify.
