Send one photo at a time on +importPhotos

Instead of performing complicated mapping on the list of photos and then sending the transformed list, one photo can be sent on the signal at a time.

This allows the transformations to be applied to the signal directly, and more obviously emphasizes the notion of a stream of values over time.

Although probably not relevant to this example, this also makes pagination more transparent, like in octokit.objc.

Maybe I'll include this at the end of the chapter, under the existing section of "things that could be more reactive"? It might be a useful exercise for readers to refactor this to solidify a working knowledge of streams. Or should I introduce this as the "correct" way from the get-go? Thoughts?

That's a good question. It might be simpler to send a single value, since it's more similar to how one would use futures/promises.

But yeah, I would mention it as an exercise, and perhaps point to OctoKit as an example of sending those values differently.

I've mentioned this as an exercise and pointed readers to OctoKit as an example – going to keep the issue open but remove its milestone, as I want to experiment with this approach, but don't necessarily want to include it in an already lengthy chapter.
