Remove compact parameter option

The compat option is no longer recognized by Asciidoctor. It can be removed from the Maven plugin. We could keep it for backward compatibility with a warning...but it shouldn't be documented in the README.

Actually, we don't really need to keep it since Maven ignores configuration properties it doesn't know about.
