How to use local Image

one way to use a local image is to embed it inside your page using base64 encoding (see relevant example here).

ok, this could be a solution for a fixed image in template.
can it be in the obj-C part for instance to allow each user to have it's own logo without modifying the template.

You can for example write in your template something like this:

<img src="{{logoImage}}" />

And then in your application you can convert any image into a base64 string and supply it to PdfReportKit.

Antonio, can you provide some example code for using base64? In iOS 7 we can now encode base64 without an external library but PDFReportKit doesn't seem to like anything I do. It just hangs when I try to pass the string to the template.

Antonio, I came up with a solution that works for me. In short, the image can't be too big or PDFReportKit (or Mustache, I don't know which) does not like it. So I scaled the image down, encoded it to base64 and appended the beginning of the string with the appropriate URI scheme and it works!

If you want to add any of this to your README I would suggest the good old red dot image as an example.
