The existing exclamation character occupied like 1.5 cells in some terminal emulators, which looks really ugly.
There was a reason that we consider terminated-by-signal tests to be "skipped" in some respects and "failed" in others, but it's more confusing than it is helpful. This commit standardizes the styling.
