Clap v3 (in beta) supports generating man-pages: https://rust-cli.github.io/book/in-depth/docs.html.
This is part of #112, to support invocations of `git smartlog --help`. We use these binaries to create Git aliases for which Git knows how to invoke `man`.
This fixes the following warning that appears when running `cargo build`: ``` warning: file found to be present in multiple build targets: <path-to-repo>/src/main.rs ```
